Leave it there. This is a “subthreshold” intensity. Duration: Begin with 12 minutes per day, two-three times per day. This could be paired just prior or post meals. Or, try morning and evening. If the tVNS is too activating, avoid evenings and only use in the morning or mid- day. Work up to 15-17 minute sessions.
